January 1993, the date of the creation of the Eurozone. Two customs officers, one Belgian and one French learn that the border is going to disappear. Ruben Vandervoorde is a Belgian customs agent and his francofobia is a family tradition. But now he will be forced to open the first joint Franco-Belgian mobile brigade. The French equivalent is Mathias Ducatel enemy of Ruben and secretly in love with his sister. To everyone's surprise, Mathias accepts the company of Vandevoorde. Together they have to inspect the country roads of the border aboard a special vehicle for international customs, a very old Renault 4L.

These interactive activities are an educational initiative of the Terrassa City Council, through the Municipal Board for Education, and of a team of teachers at Torre del Palau Secondary School in this city. Their goal is to promote the use of new technologies in the classroom.
