A young Scot discovers, at an auction in London, a statue of Hanuman the God of the Apes, which his father had found a long time ago when his family lived in India. Determined to stop this illegal and lucrative art theft, the young man goes back to Kishkindha, the mythological kingdom of primates, where he must face an international network of trafficking in works of art and exotic animals.
